Sandi Foxx-Jones, President

Sandi has been in the title insurance industry since the days of type-written title commitments and pencil and adding-machine tape HUD-1 settlement statements.  Dedicated to her customer’s convenience and her staff’s productivity, Sandi embraced technology, becoming one of the first settlement agents to have a truly “mobile” office, using lap-top computers and portable ink-jet printers before they became the norm.  Sandi continues to embrace technology, from electronically delivered settlement packages to on-line document recording, as she look towards the future.

Adam Foxx, Settlement Officer

Adam has been working for The Abstract Company since 1992 and despite his youthful appearance, brings years of experience and knowledge to the settlement table.  Clients frequently request Adam as their settlement officer due to his calm disposition and firm knowledge of settlement procedures.

Marc Foxx, Document Specialist / Settlement Officer

Marc has been working for The Abstract Company since late 1993, focusing his attention to office operations, document preparation, post closing/policy services and technology services.  He’s also been known to conduct a settlement from time to time.

Renee Packel, Receptionist

Renee is responsible for directing telephone traffic, processing incoming title orders and scheduling settlements for Sandi and Adam.  

Nancy Gross, Title Processor

Nancy is responsible for preparing the outgoing title commitments for settlement.

Kasi Milgrom, Conveyancer

Kasi is responsible for researching and resolving issues with municipal liens and issues that need to be resolved before a settlement can occur.
